Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to add balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating  Coffeee  by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, great for weekend getaways.
